Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information Twins Marketing (“we”) collects through twinsm.org, why, who receives it, and what rights you have. It is written in line with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981, as amended (including Amendment 13). If anything here is unclear, ask us.

Who is responsible

The site and the information collected through it are managed by Twins Marketing. Privacy questions: [email protected], phone +972-52-522-8080.

What we collect

  • What you send us. When you fill in the contact form: your name, phone number, and anything you write in the message. When you email, phone or WhatsApp us: whatever you choose to share.
  • Technical information. Like any website, our servers and security services record technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, and the pages requested. This is used to run and protect the site.
  • Cookies and local storage. See “Cookies” below.

You are not legally required to give us any information. Without a name and phone number, though, we cannot get back to you.

Why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and give you the service you asked for.
  • To run the site, keep it secure and block spam and abuse.
  • To improve the site, using aggregated statistics where measurement tools are in use.
  • To meet our legal obligations.

We will send you marketing messages only if you have agreed to receive them, and every such message will include a simple way to stop.

Who receives it

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and the business, and only as far as needed:

  • Website hosting (uPress, Israel), where enquiries are also stored.
  • Cloudflare, which speeds up the site and protects it from attacks.
  • Google (Gmail), where enquiry notifications reach us by email.
  • UserWay, which provides the accessibility toolbar.
  • Measurement and advertising tools such as Google Analytics or Meta, where they are in use on the site.

We may also disclose information if the law or a competent authority requires it.

Transfer abroad

Some of these providers store information on servers outside Israel, including in the United States and the European Union. Such transfers are made under the Privacy Protection (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad) Regulations.

Cookies

The site uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies: one that remembers the site language you chose, security cookies from Cloudflare, and the accessibility toolbar’s saved settings. Measurement and advertising tools, where in use, set their own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will keep working, though some preferences will not be remembered.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and to maintain our working relationship, and then delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

Security

We protect information with reasonable measures: an encrypted connection (HTTPS), restricted access, security updates and protection against attacks. No system is completely immune, and if a serious security incident occurs we will act as the law requires.

Your rights

You may ask to see the information we hold about you, and to have it corrected or deleted if it is wrong, incomplete or out of date. You may also ask us to stop sending you marketing at any time. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Privacy Protection Authority.

Children

The site is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy. The current version always appears on this page, with its date.
