Accessibility statement

Twins Marketing wants everyone to be able to use twinsm.org independently and with ease, including people with disabilities. This statement explains what we have done, what is not yet fully accessible, and how to reach us.

The standard

The site was made accessible under Regulation 35 of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013, and Israeli Standard IS 5568, which adopts the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 at level AA. Where we could, we also followed WCAG 2.1 and 2.2 at level AA.

What we did

  • The whole site works from the keyboard, with a clearly visible focus ring and a “skip to content” link at the top of every page.
  • Headings follow a logical order, and pages use landmarks (header, main, footer) that screen readers recognise.
  • Images carry text alternatives. Purely decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
  • Text and controls meet AA colour contrast against the dark background.
  • Text can be enlarged to 200% and the layout reflows on narrow screens without sideways scrolling.
  • Form fields have visible labels, required fields are marked, and errors are written out in words, not shown by colour alone.
  • The page language and direction are declared (Hebrew right to left, English left to right).
  • Animations stop when your device is set to reduce motion, and nothing flashes.
  • Links that open a new tab say so to screen readers.

Accessibility toolbar

An accessibility toolbar (UserWay) appears on every page. It lets you enlarge text, raise contrast, highlight links and more. The site is built to be accessible without it; the toolbar is an extra.

How we checked

We checked the site with automated tools (Google Lighthouse and axe) and by navigating with the keyboard only, on desktop and mobile screen sizes.

What is not fully accessible yet

  • Screenshots of client websites in our portfolio show those sites as images. Each has a text description, but the sites themselves belong to our clients and their accessibility is their responsibility.
  • Content from third parties, such as Google reviews and embedded maps or videos, is provided as is.

If you find anything else, please tell us and we will fix it as soon as we can.

Our service

Most of our work happens by phone, video call and email. If you need an adjustment to take part in a meeting, such as a different format, more time or written summaries, let us know and we will arrange it.
